back for another cookie club bake, and this one feels extra homey. these blueberry muffin cookies are already a favorite around here, and for good reason. they're soft, sweet, and truly taste like a blueberry muffin...just in cookie form!! i adore them! we start with a brown sugar dough, fold in dried blueberries, and top everything with the cutest buttery streusel. they’re cozy, simple, and honestly hard to beat.

i was inspired to copycat this recipe and it turned out so well. the dried blueberries are key here. they give great flavor without adding extra moisture, which keeps the cookies thick and soft. it’s not my recipe, but it’s one i’ll definitely be making again. nothing fancy, nothing complicated — just a really good cookie that feels familiar and happy.

the streusel on top makes them extra special, and they pair so well with a cup of coffee or tea. i love bakes like this — easy, cozy, and made to be shared.

cookie club is officially underway, and there’s so much more coming soon 🍪

prep time: 30 mins
cook time: 30 mins
course: dessert
servings: 15 large cookies

what you'll need
for the cookies

  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • greek yogurt
  • eggs
  • vanilla extract
  • flour
  • cornstarch
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • dried blueberries

for the streusel
  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • flour

let's make them

  • 1 cup butter slightly softened
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups flour (455 grams)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dried blueberries

make the streusel

  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour

preheat the oven to 350°f.
in a large bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar for 2–3 minutes until smooth. add the greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla and mix again.
add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. mix just until combined. gently fold in the dried blueberries. cover the dough and chill it in the fridge while you make the streusel.
to make the streusel, mix the butter, brown sugar, and flour until a dough forms. press it into the center of a baking sheet or pan until it’s about 1/2 inch thick. bake for 10 minutes, then remove and use a fork to gently break it apart. return it to the oven for 5 more minutes, until lightly golden. let it cool completely.
once the streusel is cool, remove the dough from the fridge. scoop large cookie dough balls and press the tops into the streusel so plenty sticks.
place cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake for 11–13 minutes, just until the edges begin to turn golden. let them cool for a few minutes before moving to a rack.
then… enjoy 🤍
soft centers, cozy flavors, and that crumbly streusel on top make these cookies feel like home. the cookie club is officially in full swing.

many blessings,
