we're back with another bowl and this might be one of my all-time favorites.

ground beef, roasted sweet potatoes, fresh red onion, and homemade honey sriracha mayo. originally supposed to have avocado and @goodculture cottage cheese, but somehow we all forgot to add those haha — still, it was perfection.

the roasted sweet potatoes were soft, slightly caramelized, and paired perfectly with the savory beef. the red onion added a little crunch and bite, and the honey sriracha mayo? oh my goodness. creamy, sweet, spicy — it tied everything together like magic. i could seriously eat this bowl every single day.

this is one of those meals that’s simple to make for your family… or just for yourself. it’s easy, filling, and packed with flavor. the sweet potatoes and beef give a nice protein boost, and the mayo adds a little indulgence while keeping it balanced. rough protein estimate: depending on your beef (about 4 oz cooked), this bowl is probably around 25–30g protein — perfect for keeping you satisfied and energized. pair with a side salad or some extra greens for an even bigger nutrient punch.

honestly, bowls like this are my favorite because they’re simple, delicious, and feel special without being complicated. easy prep, fresh ingredients, and so customizable. you can add avocado, cottage cheese, extra hot sauce… whatever you’re feeling.
